WEARVIA ("WEARVIA", "we", "us", or "our") provides a virtual try-on service accessible through our mobile application (Package ID: com.wearvia.app) and web platform (https://wearvia.app).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle information when you use our mobile application, website, and virtual try-on service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide the virtual try-on service and manage your account:

A. Information You Provide

• User Photos: Photos you upload or take with your camera to create virtual try-on results.
• Garment & Product Images: Clothing images you select, upload from your device, or import via product links to try on.
• Account Details: When you register or sign in (such as with email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In), we store your name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
• Feedback & Communications: Any feedback, ratings, or support inquiries you submit to us.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device & App Information: Device model, operating system version (iOS or Android), app version, and basic technical logs necessary to diagnose errors and ensure app stability.
• Usage Information: Task processing status, plan quota usage, and feature interaction data within the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data for the following operational purposes:

• Providing the Virtual Try-On Service: Processing your photo together with your selected garment image to generate virtual try-on results.
• Maintaining Saved Content & History: Storing your saved photos and completed try-on looks in your account so you can view them in the app.
• Managing Subscriptions & Quotas: Tracking available try-on allowances, free trial quotas, and subscription statuses.
• Protecting the Service: Preventing abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access to our service.

Photos you provide are used to deliver the virtual try-on service, maintain your saved content and history where applicable, and protect our service from abuse. WEARVIA does not use your photos for facial recognition identification or surveillance profiling.

4. Third-Party Virtual Try-On Processing & Services

To operate our application and deliver try-on results, we work with specific third-party service providers:

• Virtual Try-On Processing (Perfect Corp): User photos and garment/product images are processed by our third-party virtual try-on technology provider, Perfect Corp, to generate virtual try-on results.
• Authentication Providers (Apple & Google): We support Apple Sign-In on iOS and Google Sign-In to allow secure, convenient sign-in.
• In-App Purchases & Billing (Apple App Store & Google Play Store): Subscriptions and credit packs purchased in the mobile app are processed directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app billing systems.
• Hosting & Server Infrastructure: We use standard cloud hosting servers and storage systems to host the backend application and database.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your photos or personal information to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

5. Device Permissions (Android & iOS)

The WEARVIA mobile application requests only the permissions necessary to perform its core functions:

• Camera (android.permission.CAMERA / NSCameraUsageDescription): Used to take photos of yourself or garments for virtual try-on.
• Photo Selection (android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription): Used to select photos or garment images from your device gallery for virtual try-on.

The application does not request microphone, audio recording (RECORD_AUDIO), or video recording permissions.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We provide users with full control to manage and permanently delete their stored content and account:

• In-App Permanent Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your WEARVIA account and all associated personal data directly within the mobile application at any time by navigating to Profile → Delete Account. When confirmed, your profile credentials, authentication tokens, uploaded model photos, and virtual try-on history are immediately and permanently erased from our servers without recovery.
• Deleting Saved Photos: You can delete any of your uploaded photos directly in the app from the "Your Photos" screen at any time.
• Saved Try-On History: You can delete any saved look or generated virtual try-on from "My Looks" at any time.
• Web Account Deletion Portal: If you do not have the mobile application installed, you can initiate permanent deletion of your account and personal data online via our dedicated Account Deletion Portal.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. Data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected using HTTPS and Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption in transit. User data is stored on protected server storage accessible only through authenticated requests.

8. Children's Privacy

WEARVIA is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information or photos from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location (such as under GDPR, CCPA, or similar privacy laws), you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Requesting access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Requesting correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Requesting deletion of your personal data and account.
• Objecting to or requesting restrictions on data processing.
