Delete Your WEARVIA Account

We respect your right to privacy and data deletion. You can delete your account directly inside the WEARVIA mobile app or request deletion via the portal below.

Option 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant)

The fastest way to permanently erase your account and all associated data is directly inside the WEARVIA iOS or Android app:

  1. Open the WEARVIA app on your device.
  2. Tap your Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your decision. Your account, photos, try-on history, and credentials are permanently purged immediately.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit your registered email below to request permanent deletion:

What Data Is Permanently Erased:

• Account profile, email address, password hashes, and third-party login identifiers (Apple ID / Google ID).

• All personal uploaded model photos and try-on reference images.

• Generated virtual try-on images and wardrobe history.

• Active authentication tokens and session credentials.

Note regarding Store Subscriptions: If you hold an active subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, deleting your account does not automatically cancel platform-managed recurring billing. Please cancel your subscription in your device's Apple ID or Google Play Store settings.
